Cancellation & Refund Policy
JUST SHOPPER believes in helping its customers as far as possible. Under this policy:
- JUST SHOPPER does not accept cancellation once order is placed on the website.
- Refund/Replacement will be made for products only in courier damage in the below conditions only:
- Customer needs to submit a full parcel opening video of the product without any cuts or pause in the video to our WhatsApp at 9500231901
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team on WhatsApp at 9500231901 or email at justshopperofficial@gmail.com with a full cover opening video on the day of delivery itself. The request will be checked by Just Shopper team and appropriate action will be suggested based on submitted proof video.
- No complaints can be made regarding any of products sold by JUST SHOPPER as none of the product comes with a warranty us or from manufacturers.
- In case of any refunds approved by the JUST SHOPPER, it’ll take 7-15 business days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
